Nataly Manzo

Compensation Manager

Nataly¬†advises and assists departments with policy and best practices related to compensation actions such as job descriptions, postings, reclassification, promotions, and salary benchmarking. She also works on large scale implementation projects related to compensation management, and coordinates efforts across departments for adaptation and process building. Nataly first joined USC in 2001,¬†working with the Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and spends most of her free time at Disneyland.
