Compensation Analyst

Linda provides comprehensive consultation services to school/department HR professionals on a wide range of compensation-related issues including job descriptions and postings, promotions and transfers, adjustments and bonuses and compliance. She holds a master’s degree in public administration and both a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification. Before rejoining USC in 2017, Linda worked as a compensation analyst at East West Bank, MedSynergies Optum and San Bernardino County.
