Jennifer supports marketing and business development for Talent Acquisition and TrojanSearch as well as training for recruitment partners. She also oversees administrative tasks for the team and is the lead on vendor and database management. In addition, Jennifer works with HR Administration to provide guidance to employees returning to work after layoffs or medical leaves.
Jennifer joined USC in 2016 from Korn Ferry where she worked in the healthcare and consumer/retail sectors, assisting in the recruitment of C-suite executives. Previously, she held positions in marketing for a national non-profit and in media planning with a full-service advertising agency.
Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from USC Annenberg, with a minor in advertising. Born and raised in Southern California, Jennifer enjoys taking trips up the coast and spending time with friends and family, and hopes to find more time to travel abroad.
