Dawn is responsible for planning, developing, overseeing, and implementing new and revised compensation programs, policies and practices for staff employees. This role monitors trends and regulatory requirements to ensure that university staff pay is compliant, equitable, and competitive to support the university’s goal of attracting and retaining the highest quality employees. Additionally, this role serves as a subject matter expert and manages consulting services provided to the university’s HR community.
Before joining USC, Dawn managed compensation and HR technology functions in the entertainment and high-tech industries, as well as working in various HR capacities in the aerospace industry.
