Angela is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Professional Certified Coach who earned her graduate degree from USC, where she specialized in Industrial Social Work. Angela’s nearly 30 years of experience in employee assistance programs (including UCLA, Caltech, Texaco, and Cedars-Sinai) encompass eldercare, work-life balance and change management.

Angela, who joined USC in 2018, facilitates workshops and training for staff, faculty and leaders, provides management consultation to leaders and faculty, and offers executive coaching to directors, faculty and physicians, helping them succeed in their leadership roles.

Angela is licensed by the Institute of HeartMath(R) as a “High Performance Coach.” The HeartMath(R) system provides scientifically validated tools which result in dramatically reducing stress reactions, enhancing personal health and maximizing peak performance. Angela is also credentialed by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She holds an advanced certification in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), and certification in Change Management from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
