Andrea Bardack

Employee Assistance Professional, Center for Work and Family Life

Andrea is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Employee Assistance Professional with over ten years of counseling and consultation experience. She has significant counseling experience in work settings, and regularly helps USC faculty and staff with issues such as workplace conflict reduction, stress management, communication skills development, relationship enhancement, personal growth, coping with depression and anxiety, and health/ wellness concerns. She has also led workshops and seminars on stress reduction, managing personal energy, and parenting.

Andrea holds a master’s degree in social work from USC with a concentration in mental health, and received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
