Rachel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and holds a master’s degree in social work with an emphasis in work and life from USC. She attended Loyola Marymount University and received bachelor’s degrees in theology and sociology.
Rachel’s clinical experience focuses on the workplace, conducting workshops on mindfulness, stress, civility in the workplace, work life balance and psychological first aid. She has worked in multiple clinical settings including assisting survivors of domestic violence, individuals, couples and adolescents.
Rachel is credentialed by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), providing professional coaching to physicians, faculty and administrators.
